Ukrainian civil society is at the forefront of ensuring that Ukraine remains committed to building an open and democratic society during and post war. Integral to this is holding the recovery process to account by making sure that infrastructure reconstruction is corruption-free, and that it meets the immediate and long term needs of citizens and society.
Our Ukrainian CSO peers and we at Integrity Action believe that these objectives are only deliverable if CSOs have the knowledge and capacity to unbox the power of citizens themselves.
Integrity Action is leveraging our expertise in citizen centred accountability to support Ukrainian Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) to do just that. Ukrainian citizens will monitor infrastructure reconstruction and the delivery of services, such as hospitals.
