Annalisa has eight years’ experience in international non-governmental organisations, working across programme management, partnership management, MEAL and capacity building. Prior to joining Integrity Action in July 2015, Annalisa worked for the Said Foundation and the Council for Assisting Academics at Risk, two grant-making organisations focusing on education, disability and relief programmes in the Middle East. Before moving to the UK in 2007, she lived for a few months in Jerusalem, where she interned at the Italian General Consulate and carried out field research on education in Palestine and Israel. Annalisa holds a Master’s degree in International Development from the University of Bologna, Italy, and a Master's degree in Middle East Politics from SOAS, University of London. Annalisa is passionate about Middle East politics and environmental, gender and social justice.
