About the Role
Integrity Action work in partnership with organisations to implement our approach. Our partners include community based organisations (CBOs), civil society organisations (CSOs), NGOs, INGOs, foundations, private institutions, and educational institutions.
The Training and Partner Development Manager will be responsible for the due diligence, capacity assessment, management, capacity building and training of our partners.
This is a key role within the organisation as it will ensure that Integrity Action’s partners have the skills and knowledge to adapt and implement our approach, are able to work together to achieve collective impact, and support Integrity Action in the delivery and scalability of our approach.
